We charge AUD$245/hr.

We have a one-hour minimum charge if we come see you in-person, and a 30-minute minimum if we help you remotely, whether through screenshare or by phone/videocall.

We will always let you know in advance if our time talking with you or acting on your behalf will be billable.

Once you’ve worked with us for a while, and trust/like us, we can explore doing set administrative and preventative tasks for you every month for a flat, monthly fee, but that will be a custom-tailored arrangement we can discuss once we know each-other better.
